In this hands-on role, you’ll help keep production running smoothly by safely operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment.

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
• Ensure machines are clean and functioning properly
• Perform minor machine repairs and adjustments as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support a safe working environment
• Follow established safety procedures and workplace guidelines

This position is ideal for someone comfortable with the physical demands and flexibility of a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Full-time availability for 8-hour shifts
• Must be open to working day or night shifts
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to occasionally climb ladders

Successful candidates will bring a safety-focused mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work confidently around manufacturing equipment.

• Ability to safely and effectively operate manufacturing equipment
• Ability to perform visual inspections and see details necessary for machine operation, with corrective lenses if needed
• Basic troubleshooting skills for minor machine issues
• Strong attention to safety, cleanliness, and quality
• Ability to follow work instructions and established procedures

Previous hands-on experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting will help you succeed in this role.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous machine operation experience
• Previous manufacturing and/or warehouse experience
