Maintenance Area Manager

InnoSource is seeking applicants to join as a Maintenance Area Manager at one of our Fortune 500 clients in Fayetteville, NC. This is an exciting opportunity to further your career in the automotive and manufacturing industries.

• Manage hourly skilled associates
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, including equipment breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and various projects
• Apply maintenance expertise to diagnose equipment issues and develop solutions, reducing on‑call demand on limited engineering resources
• Assist in obtaining necessary parts
• Control labor and maintenance costs to meet budgetary guidelines and goals

• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts on a continuous basis
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to meet maintenance and cost targets
• Ability to hold associates and team members accountable

• 1–3 years of experience in maintenance and production manufacturing processes and equipment
• Prior experience in training or organizational development, or in another related function, is desired
• Knowledge of production and maintenance team structures, operations, and requirements
• Knowledge of basic HR and training functions
• Familiarity with budget development and management
• Demonstrated excellence in establishing and maintaining communication and interpersonal relationships

• Open availability required, as the plant operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Training provided Monday‑Friday, 7 AM – 3 PM, for the first few weeks.
• 8‑hour shifts after training is completed.
• Starting pay: $32–$34 per hour, paid weekly.
• Pay increases based on performance, attendance, and other factors.
• Benefits eligibility includes health care, up to 50 % dental reimbursement, and a $25,000 life‑insurance policy at no cost.
• Paid time off and paid holidays.
• 401(k) retirement plan eligibility after one year of employment.
